Exporting the company archive
Download all Coworkers, knowledge bases and conversations as a single portable ZIP archive.
The company archive is one download that contains your Coworkers, knowledge bases and
conversations. You need the admin ability.
Export#
- Select Settings, then the Administration tab, then Manage on the Company card.
- In Company archive, select Export company archive.
Your browser downloads company-export.zip. The archive is built as it downloads, so large
histories do not need to fit in memory first.
What is inside#
The ZIP holds three files, each with one JSON record per line:

Each knowledge base's name, lane, cadence, owner and update path, with every document's file name, content type and extracted text. |

Each conversation's title, the Coworker and person it belongs to, timestamps and archive flag, with all of its messages. |
Provider keys, passwords and other secrets are not part of the archive.
Treat the file as sensitive: it contains your conversation history and knowledge base text. Store it somewhere your company controls.
