Giving feedback on a reply

Mark a Coworker's reply with a thumbs up or thumbs down and say what went wrong.

For: Any signed-in user who can chat with a Coworker · Last updated

Under each of a Coworker's final replies are two feedback buttons, a thumbs up and a thumbs down. Feedback is recorded against that reply and is available to the Coworker's Supervisor when they review the Coworker's work.

Thumbs up#

Select the thumbs-up button. The button is highlighted and the line next to it reads "noted".

Thumbs down#

  1. Select the thumbs-down button. A row of fields opens under the reply.
  2. Optionally choose a flag from the list. The choices are no flag, hallucination, stale data, misread and gap.
  3. Optionally describe the problem in the What went wrong? field.
  4. Select Send. Your feedback is recorded when you select Send.

After you send, the line next to the buttons begins with "flagged".

You can give feedback on a reply only in your own conversations, and only with a Coworker you are allowed to chat with.
