What each item in the top navigation opens, and which ones you see depending on who you are.

Everything in Workforce Intelligence starts from the navigation bar across the top of the page. The Workforce Intelligence name at the left takes you back to the Coworker roster from anywhere.

The navigation items#

Item What it opens Who sees it
Coworkers The roster of Coworkers you can see, with Chat and Details for each. See The Coworker roster. Everyone
Map Your company's work map. Everyone
Apps The Apps your company has registered. Everyone
Chat Your conversations with Coworkers. Everyone

Survey The survey campaign page. Everyone

Settings Your personal settings, plus company administration for admins. Everyone
Sign out Ends your session. Everyone

Some items show everyone the page but gate what you can do on it. Buttons you are not allowed to use are hidden rather than greyed out, for example Hire a Coworker on the roster. What your abilities mean explains each gate.

Governance#

Governance has two views, switched with the buttons at the top of the page:

  • Usage & cost shows what your Coworkers, Knowledge Bases and system jobs have used. You need the admin or people_manager ability. Without it, the page tells you that viewing usage requires the admin or people manager role.
  • Reviews shows upcoming and recent Coworker reviews. Everyone can open it. See Reviews and feedback.

If you have neither ability, Governance opens on Reviews.

Settings#

Settings shows a Personal view with My API Keys and SSH Keys. If you have the admin ability you also get an Administration view with the company-wide settings cards.

Score#

Score appears when you have the admin ability or when you are the named Supervisor of at least one Coworker. Editing the financial inputs on the page needs the manage_financial_inputs ability.
