The Governance page
Find usage and cost rollups and the review calendar in one place, and see what each person can open.
Governance in the top navigation is where you keep an eye on what your Coworkers use and whether each one is being reviewed on schedule. The link is shown to every signed-in user.
The page has two views, chosen with the switch at the top:
| View | What it shows | Who can use it |

| Usage & cost | What your Coworkers, Knowledge Bases and system jobs have used, with cost, over a period you choose. See Usage and cost. | People with the admin or people_manager ability (Admin or People Manager in Settings). |
| Reviews | The monthly and quarterly reviews that are due, the reviews recorded recently, and a way to start one. See Reviews. | Everyone signed in, for the Coworkers they can see. |
The page title follows the view: Usage & cost or Reviews.
Which view opens first#
If you have the admin or people_manager ability, the page opens on Usage & cost. For
everyone else it opens on Reviews. You can switch views at any time.
If you do not have the ability and select Usage & cost, the page shows "Viewing usage requires the admin or people manager role." and no figures.
