Signing in

Sign in with your work email, using a password or your company's own sign-in page, and sign out when you are done.

For: Any signed-in user · Last updated

You sign in with your work email address. Depending on how your company has set things up, you then either enter a password or continue to your company's own sign-in page. You do not choose between the two: the sign-in page works out which one applies to you.

Start with your email#

  1. Open the sign-in page.
  2. In the Email field, enter your work email address (for example you@company.com).
  3. Select Continue.

Continue stays unavailable until you have typed an address.

If you sign in with a password#

After Continue, the page shows "Signing in as" followed by your address.

  1. Enter your password in the Password field.
  2. Select Sign in.

To use a different address, select Back to return to the email step. Your password is cleared when you go back.

If the email and password do not match an account, you see "Sign-in failed. Check your email and password." The message is the same whether the address or the password is wrong, so it never reveals which accounts exist. After several unsuccessful attempts in a short time, wait a minute before trying again.

If your company uses single sign-on#

When your company has its own sign-in page, the page shows "signs in through your company's own sign-in page" next to your address.

  1. Select Continue to your company's sign-in.
  2. Sign in on your company's page, using your usual company account. Your address is passed along so that the right account is pre-selected.
  3. You return to Workforce Intelligence, already signed in.

Select Back if you typed the wrong address and want to start again.

Signing out#

Select Sign out at the right end of the top navigation. You return to the sign-in page. The navigation links disappear until you sign in again.

If something goes wrong#

  • "Could not continue. Please try again." The email step could not be completed. Check your connection and select Continue again.
  • You are not sure which method applies to you. Enter your email and select Continue; the next screen tells you.
  • You cannot sign in at all. Ask your administrator to check your account.

Once you are in, see Navigating the app for a tour of the top navigation.
