Opening an app
Open a running app from the directory or its details page, and return to the app's page.
When an app is running, you can use it without leaving Workforce Intelligence.
Open it#
Select Open App on the app's card in the directory, or in the Deployment section of its details page. On the card, the button appears once the app has been deployed; on the details page it appears only while the app is running.
The app opens in the page below the top navigation, so you keep Workforce Intelligence's navigation. Select ← Back to followed by the app's name to return to its details page.
The app runs in its own isolated frame. It does not share your Workforce Intelligence session. Your phase and cohort access still applies: you can open an app only if you are allowed to see it. See The Apps directory.
When there is nothing to open#
- An app that is not running shows a message that it is not deployed.
- A retired app shows the app's name followed by "has been retired and is no longer running."
